This policy is published by Systems Solutions for Information Technology (“Systems Solutions”, “we”, “us”), an IT company based in Al-Mansour, Baghdad, Iraq. It covers this website, systems-solutions.tech, and the apps we publish on the App Store and Google Play.
2This website
You can use this website without creating an account or giving us any personal information.
- Contact and support forms
- Nothing you type into a form on this site is sent to our servers. The form opens your own email app with your message filled in, and it reaches us only if you choose to send it. We use what you send, usually your name, email address and message, only to reply and handle your request, and we keep that correspondence as long as needed for that and for our business records.
- Language preference
- If you switch between English and Arabic, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- No analytics, ads or tracking
- We don’t use analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking pixels, and we don’t set cookies of our own.
3Services this website relies on
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. To do that it processes your IP address and the technical details of each request, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
- Our hosting provider and Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
- Links to Google Maps and to our social media pages take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

4Our apps
We publish the apps below. Each has its own detailed privacy policy, which applies to that app. These summaries are for convenience; if anything here differs, the app’s own policy applies.
PharmaSys
Pharmacy management for Iraq: staff, attendance and finances, plus a marketplace that connects pharmacies with medical representatives. It does not collect patient data.
- What it collects
- Name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash); your location at the moment you clock in or out, saved with that attendance record; files you upload, such as PDF catalogues and receipt photos; and the records you create, such as attendance, transactions and orders.
- Phone access
- Camera, only to scan a pharmacy’s QR code. Location, only when you clock in or out, never in the background. Face ID or fingerprint, to lock the app; your phone checks it and it is never sent to us. Photos, only the ones you choose to attach. Notifications, if you allow them.
- Service providers
- Hostinger, for server hosting. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service, to deliver notifications. Anthropic (Claude), only to read the text of order-sheet files that medical representatives upload, with no names or contact details attached.
- Deleting your account

MyDentSys
Practice management for dental clinics: a shared appointment calendar, dental charts and clinic finances.
- What it collects
- Name, email, optional phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash); clinic details; patient records entered by the clinic, including health information such as allergies, medical notes and dental treatments; financial and subscription records; a push token for notifications; and the IP address of failed sign-in attempts, deleted within 24 hours.
- Phone access
- Notifications only, for visit reminders and team alerts. No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- Service providers
- A server hosting provider. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service, to deliver team alerts, which can include a patient’s name.
- Patient information
- Entered and controlled by the clinic; we process it only on the clinic’s behalf. Patients who want to see, correct or remove their information should contact their dentist.
- Deleting your account

5What we never do
- We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information.
- No advertising, no ad trackers, and no tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We don’t use your information for profiling or for anything other than providing the service.
- We share it only with the service providers named in this policy and in each app’s policy, to run the service, or when the law requires it.
6How we protect information
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between our apps, websites and servers.
- Passwords stored only as one-way hashes, which we cannot read.
- Each organisation’s data kept separate, enforced on the server.
- Sign-in tokens kept in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore on your phone.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect what you trust us with.
7Where data is processed
Our hosting providers and the services named above may store or process data outside Iraq, depending on where their data centres are.
8How long we keep it
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records.
- App data: as long as the account exists. Deleting an account removes its data as described in that app’s policy.
9Your choices and rights
- See and correct your information inside each app at any time.
- Delete your account from inside the app or on the app’s website.
- Ask for a copy of your information, object to how it’s used, or ask any privacy question by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
- If a pharmacy or clinic keeps your information, contact them first. We’ll help them answer your request.
10Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For significant changes to an app, we tell its users in the app before the change takes effect.
